Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Onne website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Onne ("Onne," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Policy, Community Guidelines, and Safety Center. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use dating, meet, chat, or social discovery features on Onne. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding contract.

We do not knowingly offer the Service to anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate the account and delete associated personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and COPPA-related provisions.

You may not use the Service if you have been previously suspended or banned, or if doing so would violate applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Onne is an astrology-powered platform that provides personalized chart insights, daily guidance, compatibility analysis, discovery features, and messaging tools. Features may include Onne Me (natal chart), Onne Now (daily transits), Onne Match (synastry compatibility), Onne Meet (discovery), Onne Chat (messaging), and premium subscriptions.

Astrological insights, compatibility scores, AI-generated content, and recommendations are provided for personal exploration, wellness, and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or relationship counseling, and should not be relied on as professional advice or as guarantees of compatibility or safety.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, including birth date, time, and place where required for chart calculations, and profile information where you choose to use social features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@onne.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may require identity or age verification where permitted by law, especially for features involving other users.

Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown at checkout and may change with notice where required by law.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through your account settings or the applicable app store. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

Except where required by law or stated in a specific offer, fees are non-refundable. App store purchases are subject to the store's refund policies. Contact hello@onne.ai for billing questions.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with our Community Guidelines. You are responsible for your profile, messages, photos, prompts, and interactions with other users.

Onne Meet, Match, Chat, and related features are tools to help you discover and communicate with other users. We do not conduct criminal background checks on users unless explicitly stated, and we do not guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any user.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with others, both online and offline. Exercise caution when meeting in person. See our Safety Center for guidance.

We may limit, suspend, or remove access to social features based on reports, automated signals, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms or Community Guidelines.

Chart calculations, synastry scores, daily cards, and other insights are generated from birth data, location, and astronomical calculations, sometimes combined with AI language models. Outputs may be incomplete, subjective, or inaccurate.

Compatibility scores and astrological interpretations do not predict relationship success, personal safety, or another person's character. Always use your own judgment when connecting with others.

You grant Onne a license to process your birth and profile inputs to generate insights and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Policy.

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"), including profile photos, bios, messages, and feedback. You grant Onne a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process User Content solely to operate, secure, promote, and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights.

We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our Community Guidelines, or that creates risk for users or Onne.

We use a combination of automated tools and human review to detect spam, fraud, prohibited content, and policy violations. We may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban accounts at our discretion.

You can report users or content through in-app tools or by contacting hello@onne.ai. We are not obligated to monitor all User Content but may act when we become aware of violations.

Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent removal and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

Our collection and use of personal information, including sensitive birth data, location, photos, and messaging metadata, is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Policy. By using the Service, you consent to that processing where required by law.

Location data may be used to show nearby users in Onne Meet and related features. You can manage location permissions through your device and account settings where available.

Onne and its licensors own the Service, including software, design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and underlying technology. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use during your subscription or account term.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted. Feedback you provide may be used by Onne without restriction or compensation.

The Service may integrate with third-party providers for authentication, payments, analytics, hosting, maps, and AI models. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

Onne is not responsible for third-party availability, conduct, or policy changes outside our reasonable control.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that astrological insights, compatibility scores, or AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONNE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ONNE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Onne and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hello@onne.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days.

Where permitted by law, you and Onne agree that disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you waive the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration, except where such waivers are prohibited. You may opt out of arbitration within thirty (30) days of account creation by emailing hello@onne.ai with your name and account email.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service, by email, or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
