Community Guidelines

Standards for respectful, authentic, and safe behavior on Onne Match, Meet, Chat, and profiles.

1. Purpose

Onne is built for meaningful connections guided by astrology and compatibility. These Community Guidelines explain the behavior we expect from everyone using Onne Match, Meet, Chat, and public profile features.

Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, or permanent account termination. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.

2. Be Respectful

Treat others with dignity. Healthy disagreement is fine; targeted harassment, bullying, slurs, or demeaning behavior is not.

No hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
No threats, intimidation, or repeated unwanted contact after someone has declined or blocked you.
No shaming others for their chart, beliefs, appearance, or relationship choices.

3. Be Authentic

Use recent photos that clearly show you. Do not impersonate another person, celebrity, or brand.

Do not misrepresent your age, location, relationship status, or birth details used for compatibility.
One person, one account — no shared accounts or ban-evasion profiles.
Do not use heavily manipulated or misleading photos intended to deceive other users.

4. Keep It Safe

Protect yourself and others. See our Safety Center for meeting in person and reporting guidance.

No promotion of self-harm, violence, or dangerous challenges.
No sharing another person's private information (doxxing) without consent.
No content sexualizing minors or any attempt to contact minors through the Service.
No arranging illegal activity or trafficking.

6. No Spam or Scams

Onne is for personal connection, not unsolicited advertising.

No pyramid schemes, crypto scams, phishing links, or requests for money or gift cards.
No mass messaging, bot-driven outreach, or promotion of external paid services without permission.
No fake profiles used to drive traffic elsewhere.

7. Appropriate Content

Profile photos and messages must follow app store rules and local law. Explicit nudity, pornography, and gratuitous sexual content are prohibited in public profile areas.

Do not upload copyrighted material you do not have rights to use.

8. Reporting & Enforcement

Use in-app report and block tools when someone violates these guidelines. You can also email hello@onne.ai with details.

We may take action based on reports, automated detection, or proactive review. We are not obligated to disclose every enforcement decision.
