Data Policy

This Data Policy describes how Onne handles data processed through the Service, including account data, birth chart inputs, compatibility calculations, discovery profiles, messages, and integration data.

"Customer Data" or "Your Data" means information you submit or generate through your use of the Service. "Service Data" means operational logs and metadata we generate to run and secure the platform.

You retain ownership of Your Data. Onne owns the Service, underlying software, aggregated and de-identified analytics, and improvements derived from operating the platform, subject to your rights in Your Data.

You are responsible for the accuracy of birth and profile information you provide and for ensuring you have the right to upload photos and other content.

When interacting with other users, do not share sensitive identifiers (government IDs, financial account numbers, passwords) in chat unless you accept the associated risk.

Onne processes Your Data to:

We use proprietary logic and third-party AI models to generate language for daily cards, profile assistance, and moderation signals. Inputs may include birth data, profile fields, prompts, and message metadata.

Automated moderation may flag content for review or restrict delivery when it appears to violate our Community Guidelines or legal requirements. We may retain flagged content for safety investigations for a limited period.

We use vetted subprocessors for cloud hosting, databases, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, maps, and AI inference. Subprocessors are bound by contractual obligations to protect data and process it only on our instructions.

A list of subprocessors may be provided upon request to hello@onne.ai or in enterprise agreements.

If you connect third-party accounts or sign in with external providers, we receive information according to your authorization and their policies. Disconnect integrations through your account settings where available.

We apply access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, and secure development practices. Employees and contractors access personal data only on a need-to-know basis.

Data may be stored and processed in the United States and other regions where we or our providers operate. Enterprise customers may request additional residency terms in a Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

We maintain backups for disaster recovery and service continuity. Backup copies are protected and deleted according to our retention schedule.

If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your information, we will investigate, mitigate harm, and notify you and regulators where required by law.

You may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of Your Data by contacting hello@onne.ai or using in-app account tools. We will verify requests and respond within applicable legal timeframes.

You may delete your account in settings or by contacting hello@onne.ai. Upon deletion, we remove or anonymize Your Data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, billing, or safety reasons.

Export options may be available in-app or upon request, subject to technical feasibility and legal limits.
