Quick fixes for the most frequent support requests.
Go to the login page and tap 'Forgot password'. Enter your email and follow the reset link. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use those sign-in options instead.
Chart accuracy depends on your birth time and location. Check Settings → Birth Data and ensure your time zone and coordinates are correct. Even a 15-minute difference can shift house placements.
Open Settings → Subscription → Manage plan. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period.
Tap the profile or message menu and select 'Report'. Our safety team reviews reports within 24 hours. For urgent safety concerns, email hello@onne.ai.
